Hi! We are a family from Ukraine who found a new home in beautiful New Brunswick. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this province — its stunning nature, its peaceful climate, and most of all, the incredibly friendly and welcoming people who live here.
With deep respect and gratitude to this land and its community, we decided to share something close to our hearts — the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Ukraine and Europe.
Together with my wife, we founded Kozak Smokehouse to introduce local Canadians to the authentic flavours of our homeland. We prepare our smoked meats and traditional dishes with the same care and passion as our parents and grandparents did — using time-honoured recipes, high-quality ingredients, and natural smoking techniques.
Every sausage, every cut of meat, every jar of pickles or sauce we offer is a small story from Ukraine, told through taste, aroma, and texture.
