Our cold smoked mackerel is made from wild Atlantic mackerel. The fish is first salted in a brine with salt, sugar, cloves, and peppercorns for several days.
Then cold smoked for 24 hours. Cold smoking allows the fillet to retain its elasticity and juiciness.
Great as a snack, for sandwiches, or as an addition to salads.
